Who Are We?

  • Jeffrey M Ovadya, Founder. Jeff broke out of his career as a software engineering consultant to dedicate his time to projects that enhance the vibrance of our communities. Jeff also drove ride-shares with Uber and Lyft for a while. Displeased by Uber’s and Lyft’s impacts upon our communities, Jeff spearheaded efforts to develop Rideshare Cooperative to preserve our community values.
  • Andrew Camp, CPA, Co-Founder, Finance. Andrew loves startups and building effective efficient operational and corporate finance machines. Andrew has succeeded in various finance roles at Deloitte, GitHub, Enphase Energy, Sunfolding and Recology. Enjoying technology and experiencing the employee-owned business model lead him to pursue and help develop the Rideshare Cooperative business model.
  • Alex Shtaygrud, Co-Founder, Tech. Alex is a successful entrepreneur and world-class software developer with over 30 years of experience. Creator of the disruptive Metaverse platform Roomful and co-founder of the online education company CentreLearn. Previous experiences at Microsoft included development lead for Internet Explorer and Microsoft SQL. AT Borland he contributed to the development of Turbo Pascal & C++ compilers and Quattro Pro Spreadsheet.
